Refer back to this page and go through the items on this checklist to ensure that you have completed everything necessary to get your son or daughter registered for the upcoming season of Beach Cities Pop Warner.
Registration Checklist
Complete Player Information Form (you will receive once fees are paid)
NEW PLAYERS ONLY: PROOF OF AGE. Please bring a copy ONLY for us to keep on file to Registration Day: Original Birth Certificate, Military ID Card, or Passport
REPORT CARD - End-of-year report card for the year just completed. Okay if pulled from the student portal
Deposit Checks
Checks should be made out to "Beach Cities Pop Warner" and post dated to October 1.
- Check 1: $400 Equipment Deposit
- Check 2: $250 Volunteer Deposit OR $150 Volunteer Buyout
