Equipment Handout Dates for the 2019 Season

Equipment Handout will be on July 13th or July 27th from 9am-12pm at Perry Park. You only have to attend ONE date and the player MUST be there with a parent or guardian.

In addition all fees, checks and forms (application, physical, medical history, refund policy, volunteer agreement and ORIGINAL birth certificate) MUST be turned in on that date in order to get equipment. Equipment will NOT be handed out if incomplete – NO EXCEPTIONS!
